  • Detailed Presentation/PDF/Document: Product images (Max 5), overview of the features, compliance highlights, market impact, and visuals

  • Individual Profile - CV/Profile summary of the nominee

Applicants will need to provide:
  • Name of the participating entity
  • Date of Incorporation
  • Registered Address (City, State, Pin Code)
  • Contact Details (Telephone & Email)
  • Company Website
  • Type of Organization
  • Other similar details
3. Case Study Section

This is one of the most crucial sections of the application form. Here you will have to talk about your packaging initiative/solution Please Mention Details Pertaining to The Period Between April 01, 2024 To March 31, 2026 And in Maximum 250 Words
Based on the Category you select, You'll have to answer 2-3 questions related to the packaging initiative/solution.
These Questions are based on the following aspects:
  • Name of the initiative
  • One line summary of the initiative
  • Date when the initiative was launched in the Indian market
  • End date of the initiative
  • Stakeholders
  • What specific risks or challenges did the packaging aim to solve
  • Design features, mechanisms, or materials that ensure safety/functionality
  • Impact or Outcome of the said initiative
It is recommended to tailor responses according to the relevant category and present them in a clear, concise bullet‑point format.
4. Supporting Documents

In this section, you will have to upload all the Mandatory supporting documents, and any non mandatory document which you wish to upload
Please note that though some documents are Non Mandatory, it is highly recommended that you upload those.
5. Declaration by the Applicant

In this last section, go through the pre-filled declaration form and Terms and Conditions in detail and understand the set of rules and regulations that all applicants must abide by
